In order to help even more people, I thought I’d share some of my know-how in this blog so that more people can benefit from the insights and breakthroughs that took me years to learn!
Sickness and health are extremely complicated. Even the best professionals often struggle to find the right answers to health questions. And even when they find the right answers, often it is difficult to communicate them. So, even though it is vitally important what decisions we make in our lives, most of the time we make those decisions without enough information. This is why I completely understand that so many people are sick needlessly. I felt that in a blog I could try to provide a little bit of the missing information that people need, hopefully to a large number of people.
I will aim to write about the complexities of being well in a way that should be simple enough for most people to understand. But I will carefully avoid the oversimplification that one usually finds in such articles. For example, if anyone tells you that one natural food is a "super-food", but another is bad for you, and the person telling you does not know what else you eat or do, then that person is oversimplifying to the point of falsehood. For example, in my first article I will try to take some of the confusing jargon out of the topic of mindfulness, so that you better understand what it is and why so many people are talking about it.
